Double Chocolate New York Cookie

A rich chocolate cookie stuffed with quality Belgian chocolate chips.  This cookie is very underrated but is perfect if you want something a little less sweet yet still indulgent and delicious.  Saying that, it goes really well, warm with a bit of ice cream.
