Biscoff Stuffed New York Cookie

Part of our gooey cookie trio, this one is a must for Biscoff addicts.  There is Biscoff in the cookie dough, Biscoff on the top and a big dollop of gooey Biscoff in the middle.  Warm these cookies up on the oven for a couple of minutes and the gooey centre re melts and take this humble little* cookie to the next level.
